Volunteer and Vending Information

Our volunteers are the soul and spirit of our air show, and we invite you to take part in bringing this exciting, top attraction to Peoria. Volunteer as an individual, a family, or a group! No matter what experience level you have, Prairie Air Show needs your help.

Raise money for your non-profit group as a vending participant during air show weekend. Whether your group is large or small, we have a spot for you!

Here is some helpful and important information that you will need to know prior to volunteering or vending. Please take a moment to thoroughly review this information, including the Prairie Air Volunteer and Vending Guidelines. Then, sign up online or return the Registration Form to the Volunteer Coordinator at one of our meetings.

Also, please download and sign the Emergency Contact Form and return it to the Volunteer Coordinator. All volunteers must complete this form before starting any work for the Prairie Air Show.
