A large water truck could be spotted providing simulated rain for a scene on Tuesday afternoon, with the film using music venue The Servo as its set.
The film set will be in place until Thursday, April 17, with the movie - described as a "poignant drama" - being directed by Hungarian Kornél Mundruczo.

The film stars veteran American actress Ellen Burstyn as Brooke and follows her unlikely friendship with a middle-aged man played by Waititi.
Anderson, who recently had a career comeback in the movie The Last Showgirl, plays Brooke's daughter.

Filming for Place to Be in Port Kembla. Picture by Adam McLean
Place to Be is set in the United States, traversing from Chicago to New York, with Port Kembla stepping in as an as yet unknown American location.
Filming began at Disney Studios in Sydney in March and is being partially funded by Screen NSW through the Made In NSW program.
Businesses along Wentworth Street have been affected by the road closures, which were approved by Wollongong council earlier this month, related to the filming.
The owner of Universal Supplements Port Kembla posted on Instagram to inform customers that parking might take a little bit longer due to the film crew's presence.
When asked if Anderson was in Port Kembla for the shoot, Universal Supplements replied "yes".

It's not the first time Port Kembla has become a film set in recent years with Stan series Exposure filming in the area in 2023.
Film executives visited the Illawarra at the beginning of 2025 to scout locations in the region following a number of high-profile productions, including the most recent entry in The Planet of the Apes series.
In February, Aussie icon (and New Zealander) Russell Crowe's new film, The Beast in Me, was shot in Wollongong, with an impressive setup at the harbour.
Crowe co-wrote that film which also stars Daniel MacPherson, Luke Hemsworth and Amy Shark in her acting debut, with Crowe playing a veteran MMA trainer.
